Reservations, Policies & Information

Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis, and tours may sell out.  Make reservations early to ensure your spot. Private custom tours sold separately by reservation only.


Cancellation Policy: Tours will be canceled if fewer than four people make reservations. Customers will be informed of cancelation via telephone and messaging.  24 hour cancelation notice required for customers to receive refund or rescheduling.


The food sampling on our tour is considered enough for a meal for most people.  Gratuities at restaurants are not expected. However you are welcome but not required to tip your tour guide for their services.

When notified at least 24 hours in advance of your tour, we may be able to make arrangements for food allergies. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. 


Directions: We meet our guests at The Winery Square in Gatlinburg, TN. The 911 address is Cherry Street,  Gatlinburg 37738. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tour to check in with your tour guide.  Your guide will be waiting for you next to our Ghostwalk of Gatlinburg tour van.  Your guide will be wearing a name tag as identification.
